Pethetic customer service

Pethetic service. I have been struggling to get hold of them for a week. Got hold of them yesterday and they say problem will be sorted in 24 hours. After 24 hours the problem is not sorted and they say that you are welcome to cancel your subscription and they laugh at you while you try to explain your issues
