Peter
I am an old client, I requested a cancel on my 5G premium last month (last date 30 Nov 2022) because of I am upgrading to Fibre, and Rain still take money off my account on the 1st of this month (December), when I send them multiple ticket and they only come back to me with a single message tell me that the deduction was for November, which doesn't make sense to me because the Rain 5G package does upfront payment.
So if is in that case where my December payment is for November, which means they will need to refund my upfront payment that I made initially when I got the 5G.

14 Feb 2023, 17:26Since when it became postpaid on the 5G package plan? And what is the purpose of Rain charging customers R999 (for 5G premium) when they place an order plus prorata charges (between the beginning date and the end of that month)?
IF Rain's billing is "post-paid" does that mean I get my upfront payment (R999 for 5G premium) back?

15 Feb 2023, 17:15Thank you for the time to respond, no worry I knew a refund won't happen, but just want to let others know how bad the RAIN deduction/debiting system is and I am 100% sure that I am not the only one and won't be the last one this happens to.
At this time, as I can see from other people's reviews I am not the only one that has this issue.
