perthitic service (cancellation)

I Have put through a request to cancel the service on the 6 or 8th of march and still awaiting cancellation and still not been done after 2 months going now, every time I call they advise me that no they sending it to the cancellation department, for a urgent cancellation but still nothing happens, I call back in a weeks time and still get the same answer rain is quick to debit your account but when it comes to providing a service its perthitic, I need this sorted out, or I will be taking this matter further, as no one seems to be helping
