Personal Information Kidnappers

I created a profile on their website with the intention of using their GeForce Now service. After deciding that it probably isn’t a good idea and without committing to anything, I tried to delete my profile. No chance. Endless calls and emails led to nowhere. They have all my personal details including my ID number and it’s taking weeks to get someone to do something. To add insult to injury, I’m receiving endless marketing texts, which I never signed up for. This is the first and only company I’ve ever dealt with that is seemingly ‘unable’ to delete your profile, especially considering I haven’t committed or signed up for anything. They’ve no doubt taken my personal details and sold it off to some data brokers as I’m getting a lot of robo calls and unsolicited marketing calls. The fact that I’m registered on the national ‘do not call’ list doesn’t seem to phase them. Looking at all their reviews online one can safely assume they are absolutely at the bottom of the food chain in terms of reputation and service. A true embarrassment.
