Personal disappointment

Tried to get connected, paid R690 for the installation and the gadget. Not got connected, they've lost my banking details (just as well), now looking some other solution. I don't think they cover the area of Lanseria, even though they said they do. Except for Mr. Merwin Jacobs not much help came about. What I paid I write off as a lesson learned with Rain Internet Service Provider. Not happy with them but I hope I'm only a small minority and other people fare better then I did. Basically it is a good company with bad experience on my side.
