PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T USE RAIN!!!...YOU'LL REGRET YOUR DECISIONS
Dear Rain. Please arrange someone to come and pick up your router, your network has been buffering over a week now of which it makes it difficult for me to perform my work duties and my daughter is unable to satisfy her school work due to unstable network, It is so annoying and frustrating so I am enough, come and take your router!

Your so called technician called me yesterday around passed 5pm to arrange to come and optimize the router today since I confirmed that I will be home the whole day today, no call was received that from that technician till now and it is 18:29, I am disgusted by this, can you provide the address where I can send your router!, The way I struggled with connection thinking about it makes me sick!. tell me where I can courier your router.
