People must be warned about RAIN - Its a big ****

I ordered unlimited home basic internet and paid it on the 25 February 2022 at a cost of R699, I received the router with the sim in a beautiful packaging on the 28 February 2022. The device has not connected once since delivery and sim activation, today its 18 March 2022, I submitted cancellation on the first week of March, and I am still waiting for my refund and a collection of this stupid device of theirs. I had been warned by a lot of people about this company before signing, and I hope people would just stop entertaining this company. DONT BE AN IDIOT LIKE ME!!! STAY AWAY FROM RAIN, their consultants will tell your area has 5G coverage, they will even tell you how close in kilometers you are from the nearest tower, South Africans keep you money stay clear from stress. Never did I think I would be here, now they are refusing to refund my money back. Next week it will be a month since they stole R699 from me. The reference numbers are so many, the lies from consultants would reach Kilimanjaro i.e. from telling you "a network engineer" that is vey good will call you to "your query has been prioritised to my team leader". Its BULL **** on another level. Something really needs to be done aobut this company.
