PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! This is the most pathetic and under handed company that I have had the displeasure of working with for a long time. I have been trying to cancel with them for months and they just ignore me. I have phoned them on several occasions to try and cancel, but, they always have an excuse of why I can't cancel. I tried keeping my account empty so that they are not able to take money, but, all they do is run the card every single day and sometimes twice a day to run up card charges on my account. On one occasion when I called to cancel the operator told me that he will escalate my request and then they will decide if I am eligible for cancellation. How can they do this? I am not on a contract with them. Beware of companies that take your card details to pay because they can do great damage to you. I was forced to cancel my card and I am now awaiting a new card from the bank. I have incurred so many costs in phone calls, new card fees, transport, time etc...just to try and get rid of Rain. Then today they send me an sms demanding money from me even though I did not use their internet at all last month. Charging people for something that they do not want and did not use is *****!!!! I have read from other people on Hellopeter that they will send lawyers after you (even if you have cancelled) to demand outstanding fees. Rain is a highly predatory company and should be avoided at all costs, it's no wonder their ratings are so low. I have tried many times to sort this out with them and all they do is ignore your cancellation requests while continuing to charge your account
