Pending Tickets since October - No response and regular intermitted internet.

6 Hourse without internet! Can't log 'n a ticket on Rain's app because I apparently have a 'pending;' ticket... 6 in fact, the ones that actually got submitted, but still waiting on a response are: 6 Nov: ***9 - 23 Oct: ***8 - 17 Oct: ***6 - 11 Oct: ***8 8 Oct: ***8 - 3 Oct: ***4. Seriously need to get another provider :(
