Penalized for Cancellation

ZERO STARS!!! After years of consistent network issues with Rain - of which their only competence is to provide TEMPORARY solutions - in good faith, I remained loyal, until I couldn't! I called last week to cancel and was informed that the service will be cancelled at the end of MAY 2023. Fair enough, I'll pay the whole months worth even though the network is very poor most of the time. But that's not my problem, to my horror, a few days after cancellation, the network is almost NON-EXISTENT, for which I AM STILL PAYING!! This is "below the belt" standards Rain, this is ************ and not to mention extremely disappointing. Call to enquire and you are taken around in circles, "try disconnecting the router ma'am, and then reconnect again" as though we're brain-dead mules. Thank you for rewarding loyalty with punishment.
