Payments taken after account has bee cancelled, possible *****

We cancelled the contract beginning of May, and they still used the card details to take a payment beginning of June, the call centre are of no use and I suspect it is routed to an agent in India. Using a card for a payment against the express wishes of the cardholder, in my opinion that would constitute the definition of *****.

Sorry I do not accept that the payment has always been paid upfront in fact when there was not funds the service was suspended. and if this is a fact then why was the service not terminated immediately at the beginning of May. Fact remains money was taken from a pensioner against her express wishes
