PAYMENTS NEVER DEDUCTED FOR THE 3RD TIME

Every month Rain does not deduct my payments. Every month i soend R100's of rands trying to sort their mess out. They have thr worst customer service ever. They do not make contact with you. Everytime they leave a message on the sashboard that i never made payment. They have my bank details. They refuse to supply bank details so that i can pay my account myself. They take 2 weeks to respond. They never get back to you. They blame me for my account not being paid. They are the absolute worst. The network geta worse every day and they refuse to actually do somethig about it. I am sick and tired of having to deal with *********** peope.
