Payment taken no internet

Last night my husband reconnected our rain account we did a payment and it took the money but we are still disconnected!! There's no number to call and when we go into the payment option it says an error occurred there is already payment pending for this transaction!!! So it's OK to take the money from our account but not provide us with internet and we keep logging queries to no avail!!! Very disappointed
