Payment more than R500, no access at all.

I am writing a review again due to the fact that Rain has once again not gotten back to me.

I have been trying for more than a month now to get a hold of Rain due to the bad internet service.

My internet is super slow, can't even send WhatsApp messages.

Rain,, just a quick question. As you already know, I work from home and due to your lack of interest in your clients, I might going to loose my job due to the fact that you cant provide me with internet access, but oh yeah, you don't give a damn. But you want your money to be paid on date otherwise you cut it off.

By the way. The SIM cards I also pay for, I cant make any out going calls, This has been on record for 4 months now but still no feedback from you guys!!!

Y'all are the flipen worse internet providers ever.

What is the point of paying over R500 a month for Wifi and sim cards but nothing works. How is this acceptable? Why can't anybody give me a call and help with this situation?
