Payment made no service

I'm very upset.

If one's account is not paid you're sims is also of so i made payment my sims are both back active but my internet not working, i phone 1 was on the line for 35min then somebody answered ask me all the security questions, then they drop the line then i hade to phone back again i don't understand as to why a person has to beg Rain to turn on my service once payment is received why should a person have to spend R300 in airtime in getting answers out of Rain why is it so difficult to give service
