Payment made but services canceled

After having RAIN for so many months, I am utterly disappointed at the end and feel like they actually ******** us. When one sign's up for RAIN, they make a payment before hand for the month, so we pay in advance

RAIN deducted money 25 June of my account, meaning I was making payment for July services. Yesterday(30 June) I sent a request to cancel, meaning July 25th I will not be making payment for August and will not render their services as of 25 July. To my surprise, I no longer have internet access this morning 1 July, meaning I paid a subscription for July for nothing 😤

I even paid a pro rata charge at some point, cause I activated my profile 22 Feb, with a debit going off the 25th

So why do I now have a floating payment and no internet
