Payment made but no internet service

On the 16th I made an online payment to rain but till today no internet service.l have sent several emails, made phone calls and they are saying they will investigate the matter. The worst part is that am having online exams so now I have to pay double for data since there is still no connection. I even sent my bank statement and they say the funds are not yet cleared on their side. So am not sure how long it takes for their bank to clear. So it is my fault now, i have to suffer. Am very disappointed with the service, it is almost a week now and I will have to pay again full amount monthend, will I be compensated for all these days with no internet ?
