Payment issues

We are highly disgusted with rain they are a ********** company i would advise everyone that is using their service to think twice and to anyone that is thinking of making use of them please reconsider we cancelled our service with them and they still deduct money from our account we have constantly contacted the office and emailed but we get no response.
