Payment Issue on Rain Side

Good day,

For nearly a month now I made the payment, exactly R296 that was in arreas on my rain account but week after week after week i keep getting told theres no record of that and week after week I have been forced to pay R296 FOUR TIMES NOW!!!! and you people keep saying you cant see the record of it, I'm now tired of sending emails to a person on the other side of a computer or bot. I have all four proofs of payment and have sent them multiple times to your email, please PLEASE sort this out because now I'm tired and extremely ****ed off about the service and the handling of this situation.. how would you feel if you made the same payment FOUR times only to be told its not done and be bothered by arrears emails? below is the last email communicated:

"Thank you for sharing the transaction details. I can see that your payment of R296.75 was made on September 9th. However, it seems there might be a delay in updating this payment in our system, as your Promise-to-Pay plan still shows as overdue.

To resolve this, please email your proof of payment to *** from your registered rain email address. Once you've done that, I'll escalate this issue to our support team to ensure your payment is correctly app****. Would you like me to proceed with creating a support ticket for you?"
