payment issue

I've been trying to make payment to my rain account for the past 2 days and your site keeps throwing some error code after I enter my card details. Next thing you want to cut off my connection for issues that you brought upon me! I have a business to run & every hour that passes by without any internet connection results in more & more clients going to businesses that respond faster to them. I am not happy with this!!
