Payment done but wifi is switched off

Payed Rain on 30 June through money market cause my card expired, Rain locked my Wifi on the 3rd July til dis day, I've tried everything like dey don't care but took my money, called, emails but none of those consultants helped with, Rain is bad I'm telling u, I wonder wil dey refund me or I should take them to court, dis company is bad
