Payment dates mixed up
I am having a problem with Rain where my payment date has been changed from the 1st of every month to 20th now my internet has been disconnected. I DONT KNOW WHO CHANGED THE DATES ,THIS IS SO INCONVENIENCING .

Who changed my payment date to the 20th? I have always paid on the 1st. On the 1st of August, the consultant I spoke to only advised me to make a promise-to-pay arrangement, which I understood to include this month’s billing. My question still stands: who changed the payment date to the 20th? There has been a misunderstanding because I would have made an agreement to pay on the 20th ,knowing very well that I get paid month end .
