Payment date communicated but WiFi is off

This has been the worst service/support I called in as I have a 264 outstanding to pay. There is a mail rain has sent for my payment date to be changed to the 1st I called into the call centre to be told the mail was sent but the payment wasn't changed. This is utter garbage I'm working from home and I'm currently off. I need it switched on as I have been informed my payment date was changed which is the 1st. A ticket was logged and the agent can't even give me a turn around time he says

I need this to be sorted today not tomorrow
