Payment date change

I am really frustrated by the lack of response and assistance from Rain.

I called and requested that my payment date be changed from the 25th to the last day of the month because my salary date has changed, I called and made that request on 22/11/2023 REF - #***5 and it was still not done.

I made an enquiry again - 12/02/2024 REF -# ***9 and I was told it has been escalated but there hasn’t been any action ever since November 2023 but when they debit my account and it bounces, they are quick to disconnect me.
