Hi rain
I have called in on the 1st of march and I've done a promise to pay however upon trying to buy me a gig for my SIM card I see the rain shows it's blocked I can't even access the app as it shows I have outstanding payments but I made a promise to pay with one of your agents he set it up for me , but everything in the app is greyed out I can't do anything the WiFi is also not working properly please fix this
