PAYING FOR WHAT????????

i activated a rain sim card and never had any network so i cancelled my sim within 7 days meaning i used none of your data. Why was i billed R250 this month end if no data was used. why will i be getting billed on the first of june if my sim is cancelled. why are you robbing people?
