Paying for services is don't have

I requested Sim swop on my 4g network on the 7th of December and to date no response from rain. I made multiple follow up calls and each time I'm following up I'm being told of 3 to 4 days turnaround time and no one has even identified that it's been more than I month since my request. I requested several call backs on the app over an above my Calls and o one seem to care but every month they deduct the subscription fees for the services they don't offer as promised. the call center consultants are ****s they never escalated any of my queries each time I called and today Siphelele advised me to complain at hallo Peter as they don't have a designated complaints email address. the only call I waiting for is delivery date and time otherwise don't bother calling me.
