Paying for services but not delivered
I registered with Rain around the second week of March and like they promised they delivered my 5G Router but the problem is that since the Router has been delivered I can't connect any mobile devices to it because as new as it is the password of the Router when entered it gives back a response of "Password Incorrect" so I can access the WiFi while at home including laptops as well and the only internet I'm able to get from this Router is via a cable that connects to my smart TV. I've tried numerous times to contact Rain about this problem but they are not helpful and now they don't even bother to call me back and I've requested that they come collect this Router and provide me with a new one that hopefully might work because honestly I'm paying Rain for nothing while I still have to buy mobile data worth R100 every 7 days yet I'm paying for Internet but Rain they are completely ignoring my requests and my queries.

I've tried all tricks you can think of to try and have the password working but nothing has come to pass hence now I'm so frustrated that because it is still a brand new router let it be changed with another that will hopefully work.

Another thing is that when can I expect the technician to arrive at my place to change the Router, will be before the end of business day today or tomorrow or when because I don't have money to spend on buying mobile data anymore?!
