Paying for service which I'm not using
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rain is the worst network providers in SA. I tried to cancel my month to month contract as I am not using the service for 2 months and I was told I need to wait another whole month for it to be cancelled. This means that I have to pay for something that I am not using. I would definitely not recommend using Rain as your ISP.
