Paying for service that I do not receive

I received my modem for 5G however it does not work. I logged requests for help with rain. I got an email asking what the issue is and I am still waiting, Basically, I paid for a service that I am not receiving and will be billed again on the first of June. My request number is: ***. the contact number does not work
