Paying for service not used

I’m extremely frustrated. I just received a message saying I owe R1900, which doesn’t make sense to me. I was under the impression that if I didn’t pay for a month, the service would be paused automatically until I paid again — that’s how it used to work.

Now I’m being told I owe money because it’s a “monthly subscription,” even though I haven’t been using the service. That’s completely unfair. I was never informed that billing would continue even if I didn’t use the service
