Paying for Poor to no service!!

Thank you For to help the problem seems to be rectified and speeds are faster than they have ever been.

Please have someone call me, it seems the only way I can get through to anyone with rain And get things sorted is via this forum. Internet is back to poor to no service From last night, after the 2 days I’ve had great service. Again it keeps trying to connect to cell towers close to me which don’t work. The best signal I got was actully 10kms away, because I’m on a hill and have direct line of sight. Also I haven’t heard anything back from you guys in sending a signal extender. All communication I’ve been having seems to have stopped. Please investigate and let me know what’s going on so I actually have some idea on what’s going right and why it’s going wrong so often. I need this service to continue working, these days of faults are costing me and my work and studies.

Can you please phone me to let me know details on this service ?? I feel like noones reading these. My signal is incredible when it’s on a cell tower 10kms away near westville I will enclose a photo where it is round about. For some reason it’s better for me on my line of sight further away. It’s just staying on weak speeds now when it’s closer. Please I need this sorted.
