PAYING FOR NOTHING AT RAIN 4G WIFI

How dodge is this service.

It was advertised and contracted as a month-to-month contract (like dstv right), you pay, you connected, you don't pay, they switch you off, right?.

WRONG! Instead they keep billing you even after they have switched you off (despite your request to cancel the service) because you don't have the money to continue the service or for whichever other reason. In my case I didn't have the money to continue the service and informed them that I don't have the money, instead they present the account to my already in arrears bank account each day racking up bank charges of r20 a day. So I'm sitting with an overdraft and then rain still informs that I am being billed for successive months after request for cancellation and that I now infact owe them r1 000.

This makes no sense because now I am billed for a service I no longer can afford, informed them that this is not financially feasible and for a service i cannot use. RIDICULOUS RIGHT.

MY ADVICE, STAY CLEAR OF RAIN, IT IS NOT A MONTH TO MONTH AGREEMENT . IN FACT IT APPEARS THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THEM TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AND NOT ON THE FLEXIBLE TERMS AS ADVERTISED.
