PAYING FOR NO SERVICES
I am very disappointed with your services it's been three weeks without connection the router has been showing only red light for weeks I kept calling and calling all I get is reboot reboot but that does not work. I am tired of your no services please fix or cancel my subscription.. Do not even debit my acc this month as I have not used your services... Never will I convince anyone to get your products Please FIX or CANCEL.

16 Nov 2023, 14:10Whaat is this now. You are the ones who confirmed my coverage prior to my subscription and confirmed that the area is indeed covered for 5G hence I took the package.. You should have been truthful from the beginning I would not have bothered.
