Paying for no Service its a *******!!!

tired of paying for no service at all, have asked for cancellation and i'm told it cant be cancelled because the month has already started and i should have used my app? really? what app cause the app has also been off lines for day. now the deducted money from my account again. please cancel your service and refund my money cause am paying for no service at all. if ever i will be called back again, it will be a miracle. Please sort your house out!!!
