Paying for no service

I was on the 4G Mobile package and I upgraded to Rain One, router was delivered 4/7/2024 I've been calling thousand of times to get help but all I get is we trying to connect you. It's been 5 days I've been charged for something I cannot even use. When you request to speak with a manager, the agent puts you on hold and comes back and pretend to be a supervisor. I regret upgrading, rain should do better. Even this complaint/review they will not do anything about it besides say "sorry for the inconvenience" but I will still be out of network. The number of tickets I raised I haven't received even one phone call.
