Paying for an inactive service

Been waiting for a replacement on my router for more than two months now. Spoke to a team leader that made me alot of promises, sad part is I need thr internet for my work so this rain nonsense caused me money. I think the staff at the call center comes to work high and drunk. Mind you I've been a loyal customer for more than 5years 😡🤬👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
