Paying for a "supposed cancelled contract"
I recently cancelled the services I had with Rain and migrated to their new product and I did all of this in store. The gentleman confirmed that this was cancelled and it was perfect timing that I came when I came to cancel and get on the new one.
Now I find out today that I am still being billed for 2 contracts when I only have 1 router in use.
I can't get hold of these guys now and I think this is rather unprofessional. I have always brushed off the small negative nuances that I see with Rain and that's my fault because clearly, I never learn that we are a country of bad service.
