Paying for a service that is not provided

It has been almost 3 weeks and RAIN has still not got back to me concerning no internet access.You can't call, you can't email, you can't message so how do we get any service from RAIN??? We pay for these sim cards upfront yet half the month we sit with no internet??? Their customer service is pathetic and I would never refer anyone to utilise this internet service provider
