Paying for a service that doesn't seem to exist...just like the staff

Why is it that I pay for a service I don't receive...I'm going to make a deal out of this if I dont get any help After trying to Rica this sim online just to get connected, submitting several queries and well not being able to find a number to get through to anyone....how does a business operate this way. Have I wasted my time and money because it surely seems that way If you could please just open your mail and help me fix this BS that would be great
