Paying for a service that DOES NOT WORK
The customer services people are friendly which the only good part about this service. Everything else is an absolute waste of time and money. I do not recommend this service at all. I got my new 5G device a week ago and I've tried everything and it refuses to work. I've been waiting feedback for about 5 days now. The 4G Sim is also pretty useless. Does not really connect to internet. I've had to cancel this terrible excuse for a service and still have yet to receive feedback. I'm disappointed.
