Paying for 100+ but package clearly shows 30mpbs on app

So we upgraded from 60mbps to 100+ and dumb rain decides to downgrade us at the month end ***, please stop employing ******s, most of your issues will fade as ******s cause alot of damage. So it's been 1 week now and the issue is not rectified we were billed extra for the new package but received the service which costs haft the price but paid the full price. Are u insane. Can't get hold of rain no reply on the ticket submit, I'm sure they are licking ***** and eating chicken and eggs at rain hq or maybe rain hq is in ntuzumas now
