Paying Extra for Data Because RAIN Failed Me

I've been trying to communicate about my rain101 router been shattered, they responded and never called back. Today is their network, I've been trying with their WhatsApp chat, but I'm not being helped, meanwhile I'm falling behind schedule. The pits.
