Pay now option
I've been struggling as from 01/05/2021 to have the pay now option reflecting on my app or profile. The Call Centre agents are limited according to there explanations and just keep escalating the same reference or ticket number. I have been paying my account with the pay now option as from the beginning of time and now for some reason I'm not able. This is really frustrating as I'm really happy with the services and the speed of the WIFI. Come on rain I'm sure it cant be that difficult to resolve.. Account number: ***4

04 May 2021, 11:44Thanks for the generic reply, as this was mentioned to me as from Saturday already. Please just resolve the issue as I said before I'm really happy with the internet service and I would like to remain as a client. Hope to hear from you when the problem is solved today.
