PAY MY REFUND

RAON DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY REFUND WELL THAT MEASN I DONT HAVE TO PAY THE END OF THE MONTH BECAUSE I PAID UPFRONT

I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING THEM IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS.

DO ANYBODY KNOW ANOHTER SERVICE PROVIDER THAT I CAN USE BECAUSE I AM TIRED WITH RAIN
