PAY ME BACK MY MONEY

The worst service provider. STAY AWAY FORM THSI SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

I signed up for Rain 5G. my address was checked and confirmed that 5G is available in my area. Router was dropped but but we could not connect to 5G. A support ticket was logged but no follow-up were done from rain. 6 months and multiple support calls later after a router replacement and 2 onsite consultants I am told my area is not covered.

Naturally I was upset but I thought well atleast they need to refund me as I have been paying for a service that was never received. Today I was told how sorry they are but they will not refund me. They claim that data was used. Yes, the only connection we could connect to to was a 4g line that was only picking up speed of 1mbps up and down.

I'm reasonable, if you need to charge me then charge me for the unlimited 4G plan that is R479 and pay me back the difference between the 2 plans.

RAIN IS AT FAULT HERE FOR SIGING UP CUSTOMER WITHOUT CONDUCTING PROPER FEASIBILITY STUDIES.

I'M DISGUSTED THAT RAIN AS A COMPANY DO NOT SEE FIT TO PAY ME THAT REFUND. YOU SOLD A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND MADE PROFIT FROM PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO TRUSTED YOU.
