Pay for service you unable to use!

Not happy with the service that Rain is providing at all. Rain has disconnected my 5G connection after I have made a payment on the 25th of July 23, knowing that my account is not in any areas. Only to find out that there was a system error on Rain's side that the system changed the payment dates from the 25th to the 1st and despite numerous escalations made to the consultants and get told by the consultants that I will receive feedback but no updates on the issue is received. Rain is still unable to solve the issue.
