PAY FOR NOTHING?

After receiving my simcard within record-time (well done, RAIN), I realised that I had no reception in the area that I was staying in Springs. I immediately sent an SMS to inform RAIN. The automated SMS said I would be contacted within a short time. A week later, I relocated to Bela Bela and tested the simcard again, as I haven't heard from ANYBODY at RAIN to date yet. I still had no access. After filing SEVERAL e-mails and SMS's, NOBODY has yet contacted me. I did, however receive an e-mail informing me that I have almost reached my 1GB limit and a bill for usage!!! How in the world do they expect me to pay for a service that I haven't used OR for something that was cancelled within two days of receiving it???
