Pay for a farm but only get one peanut !

If you pay for topside mince but you get leftover bone pieces, would you be satisfied. I have complained over and over , had phone conversations but even when I wrote this review I could not use the rain service because it lacked service. When I said in one of the many conversations, that if the bad service (signal) went on like it is at the moment, because i need to work with internet to get my work done, I have to look at other providers. The reply was it is my choice, I choose to trust rain because I had in the early stages using rain provider , no problems . Also that they can't do better than what they are giving at te moment although it was better in the past. But my payment stays the same it does not go lower when i get less service. So I pay for a whole tree but I only get one banana, who does business like this. Is *******ion slowly creeping in ,showing its face in the rain company? I even try to correspond with the CEO also got nowhere. So am I groping on a straw? Regards Albert van den Berg.
