I have over the last month log calls repeatably to Rain about **** slow speeds. all you get is the useless preprogrammed BOT doing nothing helping nothing. repeating the same thing over and over. requested multiple tickets and still don't get feedback and service stays extremely poor. only open tickets almost daily. "Pay for 30" and get 8 or less. Rain will make your day supper *** with BOT support!!!

I bet you all i will get a BOT reply. "I understand your frustration BLA BLA BLA.......
